Spring Property Management Check List

Spring has arrived in the Roaring Fork Valley.  In addition to hiking and biking, the longer days and warmer weather brings a wide variety of tasks for spring property maintenance.  Here’s a list of spring maintenance suggestions:

This time of year in Aspen bear break-ins are common. I have personally addressed the aftermath of a few.  Bears can be rather aggressive and they become fixated on finding food.  Precautions should be taken to avoid potential break-ins.
